We asked for 3 rooms . The guy in front reception said please wait and we waited there for 15 mints. The guy was doing some other work and we waited for a long. Staff members were fighting in the lift while we waiting. Not recommended for family or if you are looking for a decent place to stay. The front reception manager is very rude to customers as well as staffs. Place is not neat and tidy Do not go here for stay Thanks

The depiction presented by the hotel does not align with reality. The room exhibits considerable age and substandard quality, falling short of the expectations one might associate with a typical lodging. Contrary to the claim of offering a three-star experience, this establishment disappoints with its lack of professionalism among the staff and the absence of a functional kitchen. Despite the promise of breakfast inclusion at the time of booking, the reality is a meager offering of a single plate of food in the morning, seemingly for the hotel's convenience. My decision to book was influenced by a favorable number of reviews; however, I later discerned that the elevated rating was attributable to the hotel's age rather than its actual merit in comparison to other establishments.

First of all I really loved this place very much because the reasons are 1) The rooms were neat , clean and hygiene and its feel so comfortable and it's looks classy and luxurious feel but the prices are very affordable.. I think in this area this is one of the best hotel with affordable price.The place was completely awesome 2) The staffs are so kind and respectful.The way they treated us was really impressive.. they treat politely kindly and do all the necessary things we need.Even we ask the service again again they do without hesitating. 3) Many of the hotels are good to stay but foods are not good but here the foods are just awesome.The taste was super yummy.we can get any type of dishes we like.The quality feels purely.The presentation was attractive. Service was fully satisfied.The foods are so hygienic, quality and even more tasty. I come again just for these amazing foods. Totally this is the one of the best hotel I visited.fully satisfied.Thanks for your wonderful service

We booked the hotel seeing the online pictures. But it is not worth the amount. There were mosquitoes in our room. We had paid additional amount for the breakfast but there was no buffet and they served us with cold food and it was the same menu on both the days. Also the swimming pool was shut even though there were pictures of it online.

Though I booked a standard double bed room via makemytrip, the receptionist offered me a single bed room when he realized that I am staying alone. I didn't agree to take that and had to fight with him to get the room that I booked. The room was poorly maintained, dust all over the place and stinking bed sheets and pillows. AC wasn't cleaned for long time, could see dust coming out of it. Breakfast provided wasn't tasty and no options for us to choose. Have to eat whatever they provide. Overall, terrible experience and never recommend this hotel for anyone.

Worst hotel I ever stayed in. We paid for the breakfast but They don't have their own kitchen, they bring the food from outside and serve you according to there choice and time if you ask them to warm the food they don't even do that, rather they say it's our time we can't do anything special for you. The staff was so rude they need to attend Hospitality classes first., while booking they offer you swimming pool too but when u visit they say it's out of order. The rooms stink soo bad, u can smell the Dampness all around. The washrooms aren't clean. The bedsheets are torn. The towels were dirty. The bedsheets were stained.the cutlery was broken. They don't even offer you kettle in the rooms but take the rent for everything, after calling for 3 to 4 times they sent us the plates that too were wet and broken from sides.If there was an option to not give any star I would have given that. It's an advice to every visitor kindly check the rating first and read all the reviews before visiting this particular hotel.

Useless hotel. Bad service. In bathroom shower is not working. At the time of check in they said, break fast will be served in the room and they served it in the room but it was not sufficient; when asked they said, v order food according to our choice and will decide the quantity by themselves. No point of arguing with them. Not worth

Rooms are decent enough however it's time for some amount of renovation and cleanliness standards could improve
