I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Cloud 9 hotel, Alwar. We have total 3 families. Called directly to the hotel manager Mr Sharma. Booked 3 rooms.
The location of the hotel is perfect, and at the heart of the city. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They provided me with all the information I needed about the hotel's amenities and local attractions.
The room itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep. The rooms are offered with tea-maker and tea coffee sachet. The bathroom was well-appointed with modern fixtures, clean towels but size is slightly small. They offered all essential toiletries.
The hotel itself has a small restaurant. There was no buffet breakfast facility. But you can order as per your choice if you opt for with breakfast room tariff plan. Food prices are normal and pocket friendly. We liked the taste of foods. It's purely veg restaurant. Staff service is ok but could be slightly better.
Room tariff is in higher side in comparison to the small city like Alwar.
Overall, it was a perfect stay for families, corporate employees at small town like Alwar.
I must mention the name of the Manager, Mr. Sharma who is very humble and helpful person.
