Hotel Classic Residency - Hotel in Pinjore, Tagra Hakimpur - Panchkula, India

Our experience at Hotel Classic Residency Restaurant for my son's first birthday celebration was extremely disappointing. The poor management was evident from the disorganised setup to the lacklustre decoration, creating an uninspiring atmosphere. The staff was uncooperative, Service was slow due to a shortage of waiters, and the overall cleanliness was subpar and resistant to simple requests. The manager's dismissive attitude further added to the frustration, and the false commitments made by the staff only heightened our disappointment. Overall, it was a regrettable experience, and I would caution others against choosing this venue for special occasions.

Terrible service. Do not recommend going here. They refused to give us an extra mattress and asked to sleep on the couch saying it's a sofa cum bed and other hotels that provide mattresses don't have couches. It was not a comfortable experience sleeping there

Highway hotel but wonderfully located enroute to other locations. We stopped by enroute Rishikesh. Clean and tidy rooms, decent food, prompt room service, quick check in and very reasonably priced. They even provide facilities for drivers with dinner on the house, place to sleep and bathe etc.

Location not convenient, restaurant and wash rooms not clean, no wheel chair access making luggage transfer further tedious. Customers have to lift their luggage.

Nice staff ,location and ambience. Food quality and quantity is good. The spacious room and amenities are good along with privacy and a calm atmosphere.

A nice place to stay, One can book entire hotel for wedding, reception and other functions. Rooms are quite good, Situated on the reachable location /

We chose to stop in Kalka en route home from Shimla. 5 kilometres from Kalka, this property is located in Pinjore. Food is decent, staff is polite and helpful, and the property is nice. The property has plenty of rooms and big lawn and banquet for hosting events. wake-up call facility is available on request. The railway station is also easily accessible. Due to an early train, we didn't get a chance to tour the property very much, but altogether, it was a wonderful experience. Suggestion to hotel for add on : Electric kettle and hair dryer.

My recent stay at Hotel Classic Residency was marred by a highly unpleasant incident that left me extremely dissatisfied and disgusted. I regret to inform you that I discovered an insect in my breakfast, which completely ruined my dining experience and raised serious concerns about hygiene and food safety standards at the hotel. Not only was the presence of the insect inexcusable, but the response from the hotel staff was equally disappointing. Instead of offering a swift and sincere apology, they displayed a lack of empathy and failed to address the issue adequately. The incident was brushed off, leaving me feeling unheard and disrespected as a guest.
