Worst experience with the staff upon check out, front desk staff started fighting over a small box of Pringles which we didn't consume, had a very heated argument over it. Very unprofessional staff, food was very bad and unnecessarily overpriced. Guts of front desk staff was that they threatened and asked never to comeback. Anyone who is coming here kindly check your room upon arrival whether the minibar has been tempered with or not and upon checking out make sure to make a video of it if you haven't consumed anything from the minibar or else the staff will temper it and will put it in your billing and if you deny they'll threaten you.

The reception manager was very polite and understanding person. Rooms are super clean. Staffs are very kind. Overall I have a good experience with this hotel. Viji - Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.

It's a good hotel in Mahipalpur. The staff are friendly and the rooms are reasonably good, no issues. The rooms are clean and tidy. The location is the best part of property as it is 5 minutes drive from Terminal 3 of Delhi airport.

Contacted the hotel front desk regarding transportation options from Delhi to Agra. Each time we verified the fees, we received varying quotes. Lacking a price reference, the numbers seemed to be generated randomly using a calculator. The concierge team stands out among the staff, consistently welcoming us with a smile whenever they spot us and always prepared to offer their assistance.

I recently stayed at Hotel Classic Diplomat in New Delhi, and I must say that my experience was extremely disappointing. I had initially booked a room from July 3rd to July 4th, but I requested a change to July 4th to July 5th with an early check-in. Unfortunately, my requests were mishandled from the beginning. Firstly, when I tried contacting the hotel regarding my booking queries, I was informed that Mr. Hemant, the person responsible for handling such matters, was on leave and unavailable. Despite numerous attempts over two days, my calls went unanswered, causing unnecessary frustration and confusion. Upon arrival at the hotel, I hoped that the situation would be resolved. However, I was greeted by Mr. Hemant, who informed me that they couldn't accommodate my request for a late check-out today. This lack of flexibility and understanding is highly disappointing, especially after the inconvenience I faced in trying to reach the hotel earlier. The overall level of customer service at Hotel Classic Diplomat is unsatisfactory. It is evident that their staff lacks proper communication and coordination, leading to a poor experience for guests. I expected better professionalism and courtesy from a reputed hotel. I strongly advise against choosing Hotel Classic Diplomat if you value responsive and efficient customer service. My stay here has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I regret my decision to book with them. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving their services for future guests.

Although not special compaired to others this still is one of the better options for a short stay. We stayed here with our group prior to our departure from Delhi Airport the next morning. They even provided us a take-away breakfast due to leaving early morning. Just short of the airport it will take around 10 minutes driving to get there.

Good ambience and near by to AEROCITY metro station on walkable distance Cost is also reasonable. The staffs are caring and very responsive . The food quality with buffet
