We had booked 6 rooms for one night 25/26 Nov 23. There is no system of welcome drinks in hotel. On enquiring, we were offered tea, but were billed in the morning. This harassment was not understood Kettles are of plastic and very dirty. Very slow and poor service. Shortage of breakfast. Rooms not maintained. Broken tiles all over.

I recently stayed at this hotel that was absolutely amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious clean and comfortable. The hotel also had a great gym. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay! The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the best shops and restaurants. Overall, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I will chose to stay whenever i come over this city !

Had stayed for one night, was a nightmare.The rooms had suffocating smoke smell and we could not breath. Whole night rats were roaming in the AC ducts making noises.When informed, the staff took it very cooly.And 200ml of milk costs 150 bucks !!!! Bad experience

I recently had the displeasure of staying at Hotel Clarks Collection in Vadodara, and my experience can be succinctly described as a disaster. From start to finish, the stay was riddled with issues that left me thoroughly dissatisfied. The hotel's commitment to "Kanjoosi aur Lalach" was truly remarkable. Even a simple request for water was denied by the room service, showcasing a level of service that I can only describe as appalling. The restaurant's blatant deviation from the pre-committed menu, as promised by the sales team, left a bitter taste in my mouth--both literally and figuratively. Flexibility in customer service seemed to be a foreign concept, as the staff demonstrated an unwillingness to cater to basic needs. Adding to the discomfort, the faulty ACs turned the hotel into an unbearable sauna. The poor overall service further compounded my frustration, making it abundantly clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority at Hotel Clarks Collection. In conclusion, my stay at Hotel Clarks Collection was an experience I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. I have decided to steer clear of any Clarks Hotel in the future. Save yourself the trouble and consider alternative accommodations if you value your comfort and sanity.

Worst room I have ever experienced. Noisy AC it will not leave to sleep whole night. Seepage rooms. Not at all a good place for the family. Too conjusted bathroom. Will not suggest to anyone. Clarks cafe is very expensive taste is also not good. Waited for the breakfast for so long wasting our time. He charged Rs99 for a cup of very bad tea. A Yukk experience overall.

Well, I would recommend this hostel because it's a good location to stay.I have some advice for the hotel manager.Please inform all hotel workers, especially the front desk staff, as to whether or not a hairdryer is provided. Because they cannot tell whether something is available or not.Also, please make the third floor's WiFi more accessible. And the fridge (which I use to keep the injections I bring with me) the phone, and the drapes weren't there.Please review these things and make an effort to improve.Staff are well-behaved

Nirwan and Nirwan, the food is really awesome and thanks for fulfilling my special request of Dal Makhni . Hostel staff has really good behavior and house keeping service is really nice with a good service !

Best hotel in all respects. The problem is that there is too much dusty Road. It is difficult to walk near the hotel. This is beyond hotel control but it would affect visitors. The surprising thing is that there are more than seven hospitals but Vadodara Authority is not addressing.
