The best hotel in amritsar. The staff is very polite and always eager to help you. The rooms are neat and clean. Our train got delayed and the staff not only provided the room to stay but also provided us with the regular updates. The property is ideal to stay.

Really Poor experience from the check in to check out. Reception denied checkin initially because they were not known and later complained about a payment that was done weeks back. Rooms are terrible. Not worthy. No assistance for room service. The only good thing is the Location just walk to the temple

Biggest fraudsters! Do not ever go to this hotel. This hotel is full of frauds. Their employee manager - virendra Beniwal asks for advance payment for room Booking on his account and does not book the room although the call was made to the website available hotel landline. Hotel people are denying that they had this employee at their hotel. Another person at that hotel says that the employee has left the hotel and no booking is available. Then another person calls and says this employee was never given any employment letter he was on probation for one day. The hotel is not liable, how can they not be liable for their employee doing fraud. They extract money from customers and then blame the customers for paying. Shameless people are doing fraud at such a holy place. We will register COMPLAINT of this hotel with cyber crime cell. They will have to pay for their deeds!

Basic rooms starts from 1350rs. The best quality rooms with great cleanliness, location wise it's great just 20-30 steps to golden temple entrance, good than others cost wise and quality wise also

Worst place Checked in 28 June,2023 Room 601( 3rd floor) Owner has no time to look after AC defective, stopped working in night TV defective. They changed after 10 reminders. That too not smart TV

The hotel is located right outside the entrance to the Golden temple. The staff is very sweet friendly and extremely helpful. However, few of the executive rooms are not upto the mark as mentioned. They were not maintained and weren't in good condition. Hot water was not available in two rooms, at last we shifted to the third room which had hot water.

The only best part is that it is right outside Darbar Sahib, literally 60 secs away. I had an unpleasant experience at a hotel when I stayed here in the last week of September where the bathroom was dirty. The picture/video attached shows the state of the bathroom. It was disgusting and Insects. The bed mattress was not in a good condition. Please check the room thoroughly and then book it. You can get a good deal at walk-ins.
