Worst ever hotel and service by management. There were cockroaches running on the floor that were in executive rooms. No doormat provided for bathrooms. 0 points for the Cleanliness and rooms. Don't select this hotel if you are coming with your family. I would have rated negative but there is no option so i have given 1 star.
It was horrible to stay in a dirty room at hotel city view. Rooms are absolutely in bad condition.there were No towel or bath soap to make your self clean and fresh.The bed and wall were smelling dirty. walls are not painted properly TV was not working,fan regulator is only to rotate but it didnt adjust the fan speed. I have struggled to sleep at night due to the discomfert I feel in that unhygeanic condition, washroom was also in pathatic condition. Anyone can get sick if you stay in such hotel. Seriously after paying /- INR i was expecting at least clean room and washroom. I will stay in a lodge or may be in my car but not in to this hotel for sure. Anyone who want to get sick can must visit the hotel.

One of the worst maintained hotel in the area. I have seen a number of customers getting angry, fighting and leaving the premises in my unfortunate stay of 5 long days. Smelly rooms, bad sheets, uncleaned bathrooms and cold breakfast which is supplied from a local street vendor few kilometers away and served out of polypacks in dirty plates. Iceing on the cake is argument with customer on each and every issue because according to them the hotel management is always right and they gont give a damm care about their customer. Will not recommend this stay to anyone, you can find much better accommodation in same area.This place is Not worth a single penny. Not recommend due to hygiene issues and rude staff. The service staff is definitely good but when you deal with the front desk, it seems like they are not ready to listen to anyone

This hotel offers excellent service no matter what. Food at restaurant is so good for the price. Rooms are very luxurious and spacious and very cheap. Room service and receptionist are very co-operative. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
