HOTEL CITY ROYAL EXTENSION - Hotel in Secunderabad - Hyderabad, India

Very worst service and rooms. Especially room owner is very arrogant and he even don't know how to behave... No genuinity and he doesn't feel respect with others... Those who want to stay my sincere request is go for other 300plus and have a good room.. No drinking water available no restaurant and also for very small rooms with no hygienic... Worst experience with the stay.

My experience at this hotel was kinda okay for my budget. But there are few things I particularly want to mention. It is not very hygienic. The shower wasn't working. The drinking water isnt clean either. You might find cockroaches strolling around, lucky for me I am not scared of cockroaches but that doesn't mean I like having them share my bed or my space. That's definitely not hygienic. The sheets were not clean as well. I asked for warm drinking water, one of the staffs told me he would send up my room, but I never got it. There were mosquitoes in my room, I told my problem to one of the room boy, he just dismissed me saying they don't have goodnight. However the owner was polite and professional. That is my only reason for a 4 star.

The wifi is not working in some rooms. When we changed to the room one with wifi, the A.C is not working. To give a complaint there are no staff outside. And the waiters are very rude. If possible avoid this hotel. Very bad attitude overall.

Compared to the amount we are paying the rooms are good. They are also providing an option to call them and ask for the rate details, see the room and book it when you are satisfied with the room. If you are booking the room offline, you can also see the room before booking it. Also 24 hours check in is available when you are booking offline. Call them and confirm all the above mentioned details before booking online. Select this hotel if you don't want to spend that much money on rooms. The behaviour of the staff was very nice and friendly. Both AC and non AC rooms are available. It's only waylkable distance from Secandrabad railway station.

Best hotel in budget ac 1600 non ac 1200 You have option to chek in any time . Room is booked for 24 hours. You will book it any time . When you chek in same time next day you have to chek out this is the best thing. Good in this price

on the way to the hotel, I came to know that they have changed the hotel from royal City extension to hotel ashirwad and when I have called the contact person, he told me that he is having these two hotels and since there is some problems in royal City so he told me to went to hotel Aashirwad but he didn't inform me anything about change of hotels prior to that, which he should as I have booked after looking those rooms and services and even given me the rooms which was left in hotel Aashirwad but thankfully the rooms are good but the services which I wanted I haven't received and there was no restaurant or room service available in hotel ashirwad. I don't like the thing that after I went with my family they have suddenly changed the hotel without informing me and there was no such room services or food availablity is also available.

Location is quite good. Rooms are little bit small, but well maintained. Room service is available, budget friendly.
