Located on main road. Staff behavior is good. Food was tasty .

all bathroom wash basin were leaking, I changed room twice and finally I was provided small room

The overall experience was good. There were two problems that we faced: 1. AC was not working properly. 2. The floor was cleaned by some liquid which made it a little sticky. Our slippers were sticking on floor. We were in the room only for two hours that is why we have not asked them to fix the problem. The room and washroom were clean and maintained.

I upgraded to pride Luxury room. spacious than deluxe and comfort as well. warm welcome at reception. food qulity is good. location is good. room is also good... amenities exaggerated description. few were missing, may be because of covid. food + location + spacious room + peaceful atmosphere

it was an awesome stay at City Pride hotel. the staff is so cordial and gentle. the response off whole team is so prompt and warm special thanks to ashish.

Location and interior is excellent. I was faced following problem in hotel ;- bad sheets were not clean, bathing tab faulty/broken and other initial things like drinking water, tawal, bucket, brushing kit etc were not available in room, not check by any staff before before check in. I was ask for each and every item than provide.
