Rooms are ok overall experience is ok as for one or two day stay. Only thing the lady on reception was too rude and as per our experience way to speak or greet the customer was not proper. As a owner or at the reception their should be someone who treats their guest in a good way where as this lady was like she is doing a favour by giving us the room Or by allowing us to stay in the hotel.
Superb location, just in front of main temple gate. Room service is fine. Rooms are very nice. You can easily identify the hotel and walkable distance to all the places .
The cleanliness of the hotel starting from the front entrance and inside room is bad. It was smelling like toilet in the entrance. Also the room had a damp smell in spite of they spraying room freshener. I asked for exchanging the room and the receptionist declined it. The room service food was bad and it had hairs. The food in neighboring restaurant Sai Neivedyam was much better. I booked the hotel based on photos and I am disappointed. The location of the restaurant is the only good thing about the hotel.
We have again stayed at the same place after our stay in may 23 but to our disappointment the hotel staff or the house keeping is the same..no change in the service they cant evn provide the water complimentary as like everywer in the hotels..we are not fools to pay such an hefty amount to the hotel without minimum amenities..rooms are not clean bedsheets are not washed they are stinking.. request to everyone don't book this hotel in shirdi..
Property have some construction work, rooms space are good, but need some improvements in bathroom equipment. A good hotel feel some fresh looking everywhere.
The hotel is just opposite to the temple. It has free car parking for customer. The rooms are good with nil amenities. The hotel doesn't hv a restaurant, however, an option to get the food delivered to room is available.

Stay was good. We reached earlier by around 2 hrs before the checkin time. We need to wait but they managed to provide the room more than a hr before the checkin time, which is very much appreciated given that the hotel is fully booked. Service was good and we missed the mobile in the room and they were prompt to reach out to us and deliver the same. Thanks to the Manager Mr. Vijay. I would prefer this hotel in my next visit also. They claim to be the best hotel in Shirdi, and I have to say that it may very well be the truth. The rooms are pretty spacious and well ventilated. All equipments are functional and every amenity which you would expect out of a property of this stand
