The location is very good, unfortunately that's the only good part about this place. Room was ok, but washroom was not good at all. Water was not draining after taking a bath. The staff was friendly. Towels and soap were provided but drinking water was not provided. Cost wise also I was not satisfied, I got solo room for 960, because of washrooms condition I felt like I should have gone to some hostel.
Basically they are fraud. We had booking for triple ac delux room, but we were provided with a much cheaper small double bed room with some lame excuse! Dirty blanket, linens ....even worse bathroom. Yes a tv was there but it didn't work even after 3 staffs' effort (or drama?) I am giving single star only because I have no options below that!
Just 1 Km from Guwahati Railway station. Service and location wise OK. But they have to improve the room standard. Located in the main market of fancy bazar only
Rooms condition is so bad and not clean, washroom very bad waste of money. This property is not hotel. I don't know why people say hotel.
Rooms are Ok but i found there red ants on bed they have cleaned it twice then there was relif. After 10 Or 11 can will not enter as there is no entry from police side only riksha will workout. And to walk around 300 to 400m from main road. Early Morning and late night cab are coming on request.
The hotel location is good and if proper maintenance and management is done, it will be a very wonderful experience BUT the services provided is almost non existent, no telephone, broken telephone, no way of calling room service, broken toilet seat, door locks needs to change, Broken AC even though we paid for AC room, unchanged bed sheets, blood on pillow, Tables provided were almost falling down and the restaurant takes nearly 2hours of preparation after ordering food. We even pre ordered food at 6pm to be served at 8:30-9pm but we got the food only at 10pm, we nearly starved to death. They couldn't give us the all the food we ordered also. We told the reception counter to open the hotel gate at 6:30am since we're leaving early but they didn't open and we only managed to leave at around 7 only making us almost late for our flight. If you must, NOT RECOMMENDED FOR MORE THAN 1 NIGHT STAY.
