Room AC and Geyser main switch are handled by reception, we need to call for start, extension in the rooms are dead we need to use our phone for required anything. AC remote is not there need to stop AC by his MCB switch, I have booked for 2 person bed size is too small 5x6 , Two persons not sleep easily, also room size is small in Delex triple room which they provided to me, I have stay 3 days, Night reception person is not supportive. Application shows rooms are vacant but he told me that all rooms are booked, On my first day he provide me 3rd floor room may be 306 or 302, when we reached on outside of room service boy told me that sir please come to second floor after second floor check then again told me come to first, I am too tired on that day per night reception person don't know which room for me. Very rude staff specially the receptionist. You only have to buy their food you can't order zomato Or swiggy it's not allowed. There is a beer shop next to the hotel make it very bad environment and a hotel that servers 24/7 to drunk people. Means total garbage environment around the hotel.WIFI doesn't work and extra charges needed for every small things. They are just money hungry folks and nothing else. My whole vacation mood was ruined because of this hotel staff members rude behavior. Rooms are good that's the only thing they have though.
