Hotel City Palace - Hotel in Ambala - Ambala, India

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel City Palace, and i must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of luxury and sophistication. The staff at Hotel City Palace are exceptional, providing impeccable service with a warm and demeanor. The rooms are not just rooms; they are havens of comfort and style. The tasteful decor, plush furnishings, and modern amenities created a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. Hotel City Palace is more than just a place to stay; it's an experience in itself.

It's actually a mixed bag. The owner/attendant are really helpful and there will always be someone at the reception to help you. But, there is some need to improve the interior , the cleanliness in perticular. For budget accomodation, the location is perfect and very close to the ambala city railway station. Beware of the street dogs if you are planning to reach at night.

The location is perfect. The owner/reception is helpful. The carpet in the room was dirty and so the washroom. It is a budget accomodation so not sure how much to expect...though some cleaning of the interior is expected.

The front desk has been incredibly nice and helpful and was very helpful in advice on what to do in the city. Hotel was very clean as well as the room. Though we didn't spend too much time in the hotel, other than sleeping but it left a great impression on us! Our sheets, towels and surfaces of desk, counter and bathroom were all regularly cleaned during our stay.

Very near from Ambala city railway station, mostly a 5-7 min walk. Stayed there for 1 night. There was power issue due to heavy rain. Staff and service is very good.

Its not a Hotel , its a Dump ground , rooms , reception , blankets all were so dirty ... nobody can't bear a smell even for a minute

Room is neat clean. Hotel staff is also very cooperative. Hotel is near to Ambala city Railway station.

Comfortable stay in a limited budget. Staff is very good. Nearby the railway station & bus stand also. Fooding are easily available nearby the hotel.Overall satisfied.
