Good food Terrible ambience

I do independent stay near this restaurant and usually I do order for door delivery every day. Regularly I order for dinner and sometimes lunch too. These people are not at all customer oriented. They are not even picking up my calls. After I tried almost 20 times they don't even care to call me back. One day the biriyani which I order was full of sand and they placed order after 2 hours of my request. Very pathetic service and I will not order any thing from these crooked people. Not at all professionals. I will not recommended this City Palace Hotel to any one. Very pathetic service....

Located in the heart of Pallikkal town. Almost good food Especially Alfaham it's so tasty, Lovely hotel. Parking Very comfortable. Would definitely visit again
