The uncle who is at the counter is extremely rude. People would calculate the final bill at the checkout. He wanted us to pay for the services we haven't used at all. Doesn't calculate properly
Probably the best hotel in Malegaon, The Hotel has Android App which is very useful for quick booking, you can download it from Google Play Store. This hotel is the best for location and luxury stay good staff, good service and very well located. The rooms are spacious and very well appointed, Nice big room, very clean, lots of ambiance,Service is excellent. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. You feel at home the moment you enter the lobby. Wifi was very fast and free,unlike most other hotels. Strongly recommended...!!!

The best thing is Valet parking and free Wifi. The support staff is very well behaved, 24x7 support staff. Even their restaurant "Chan" is having good ambiance with delicious food. Worth the stay at a place like malegaon. Will stay here if i visit again.
Very dissatisfied I booked double room on phone having 800rs per night. When I checked in I have been given 1300rs room without my knowledge as rs800 room was unavailable. While checkout I came to know that other fare room given to me and when I checked with booking person he said he forgot to told me that other room was given to me , I have to give 1000 rupees also receipt not given to me
