Rooms are perfect, ideally located. They need to make bathrooms a bit tidy n cleaning required on the tiles side. Toiletries are perfect. Mobile signals on the backside rooms are a big issue. Wifi is good. Reception staff is cordial. Security is good. They've discontinued complimentary car wash services. Their pricing have increased, but services are the same. no good changes seen over last 5 years of visit every 3 months. In-house food is not that good. Perfect for tummy filling only. If you are looking for the quietest place, go to the cantt side. Busy place, 24x7 vehicular services on main road available.

Hotel is situated just opposite of Varanasi Cant Railway station and near to U P Roadway bus stand .Accomodation and servises are Excellent. Staff are also Very courteous. Recommended for stay.

Wi fi worst - Complimentary Breakfast at 6th Floor - to get a glass of water you have to beg them several time contrary Restaurant at Ground Floor is excellent with Smiling Service.

The rooms are ok, but lack of maintenance is evident. Though the access to floors are controlled by card, the fire escape stairs are open and serves as a back door. The hotel staff are polite, friendly and helpful

I booked this stay for my parents. The hotel is very close to bus stop and close to kashi vishwanath temple. The room was clean and my parents enjoyed the stay though it was a short stay.

I booked Executive Club Royal room through MakeMyTrip and they handed me a Deluxe room no. 3010 which was inhabitable due to terrible seepage from walls and FLOOR too. It took many calls and visit to Reception to get staff come to room to see the condition. Cleaning staff told that floor seepage is not getting arrested even when the have wiped the floor 4-5 times since morning. The senior staff inspecting the room told me that my room is Deluxe and they don't have any room of this class available, higher class of room i. e. ECR is available. I rang up reception and senior most staff, a lady not wearing name tag on her uniform jacket, insisted dishonestly that room 3010 is ECR as per my booking. On confronting reference the inspector sent by her on my visit to her, they changed me to ECR class room 3014. But I had to ask specially to get second bath towel and bathroom slippers in room (we were a couple and they provided only one) and hand towel. They brought one hand towel and told that two hand towels are NOT provided. I had to ask specially for tooth brush too. The toiletries consisted of two soap cubes, 3 tubes moisturiser and one tube bath gel. No shampoo, conditioner, hand wash - - may be the staff was not literate enough to determine the description of material printed on similar tubes! No replacement of toiletries, complimentary water (1 litre only was provided on first day), towels and bedsheets was done on 2nd day. 3rd day I had to request. They didn't share Wi-Fi password, didn't provide newspaper. In room dining took the order for fresh lime soda at 10am on 2nd day but rang back after ten minutes to inform that they need "more than one hour" to serve it. I cancelled the order. At checkout they didn't even give me the bill and asked me to get it online. EXTREMELY PATHETIC.

On a business trip. It's a good hotel and rooms are spacious, tidy with all modern amenities. Good service
