Felt the room was little costly. Fan was too noisy. Service was ok. Water was given when requested. Manager Behaviour was good. And location is right infront of gaya junction

Rooms were not clean. Bathroom was very dirty and smelly.

Hotel rooms were neat and clean. Don't have to wait for rooms to be cleaned or something else as we had already informed them about the exact check in time. Room service was also pretty fine. No restaurant available inside the hotel but you can order from your room they will arrange the food for you or else there are a lot of options outside the hotel too. The manager was too polite and well behaved. Overall highly recommended for others to stay.

Good Budget hotel for stay, No kitchen

I stayed here for almost 4 days with 2 Rooms. It was one of the amazing experience to stay here in City Inn. Many reasons behind my rating. First of all cleanliness in rooms, washroom and bed sheets every thing was neat and clean. It was seems like a new construction but their hospitality services are very well to make this hotel be perfect for there guests. Hotel management is very helpful. We also ordered the food and everytime we got good and fresh food. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to gaya. It is very much near to railway station. Hardly 2 minutes of walk.

My clothes was stolen from this hotel and nobody was responsible for that.

hotel is good. easily accessible. walking distance from main railway station. staff is good. toiletries provided are good. good ambience. cooperative staff. homely food is available and quality of food is good. I sincerely recommend this property in this rate. being near to station check in possible in odd hours also. rooms have sufficient space

Although I was a bit skeptical regarding the hotel at the time of booking, my anxieties vanished when i first saw the hotel. The hotel exterior speaks for itself. The interior is just as superb. The rooms were well maintained and complimentaries provided. The most captivating thing about city inn is the courteous behaviour and service of their staff. Although they just have coffee and tea within the hotel, they arrange any meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner) as per the request of guests in nominal time with minimal pocket pinch. The summation of the overall experience is: Room - 4.5/5 Service - 4.5/5 Staff Behaviour - 5/5 Cleanliness - 5/5 Meals Arranged - 4/5 Overall - 4.5/5 If you are travelling with your family to gaya (as i was), you can comfortably stay at this hotel. An additional perk is the location of the hotel, which is just 3 mins (walking) from the Gaya junction main gate.
