We visited their rooftop cafe for our dinner and drinks. In my surprise, this place allows us to bring our own alcohol from outside and we can enjoy it alongwith their service. That's heart stealing. We were in town for a business meet and we were so late, almost about the closing time. But on a special request, we were allowed to sit and served very very well till we end up. No hurry from staff, no poking for last order... Nothing. And the vibes are so relaxing and cozy. Food was so tasty. Quantity and quality are justifying the prices. Serving staff is also very courteous and smiling gesture feels you more comfortable. The only thing I don't like is mosquitos. They have mosquito incense sticks but doesn't work for open area.

Avoid this hotel, as I have done booking but, manager cancelled my booking, after taking long flight I have to search another hotel in early hours. Worst service.

very tiny entrance and very difficult to find because it is attached with Hinda showroom and not very easy to identify... rooms are good staff with helping nature

We, a group of 5, stayed at this property recently. The property has 19 rooms. Rooms are actually made for single occupancy but being sold as dual. For 2 persons, the rooms are small and furniture is inadequate for 2. The place is poorly maintained. In our first room, there was no latch or Bolt to lock the bathroom from the inside. When we protested, they shifted us to another room. Here, the door lock was not working from outside. Somehow we stayed there for 2 nights. At the rooftop cafe, cleanliness and hygiene were completely missing. Only good thing was the speed of the internet.

Hotel n staff are good food is good But my has different issues , i had three nights stay , i loved hotel initially untill 12 night ,12-2 my neighbours did all kinda nuisance then i had to shift from 208 to 201 , coz early morning i had work i didnt wanna fight, next day n night went smooth , last night private party started in the same floor , where 8-9 rooms are thr, right in front of my room, room is full with cigarette smoke, loud music , its night 2:05 m writing this review, no responsible person no manager , we went n spoke but no use, so my suggestion don't book this hotel, though everything is good but no one is responsible for this one party all guests are being disturbed n no one is taking any action worst experience , highly highly dissappointed

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The hotel staff is not polite and will not corporate. They never bother about customer comfort. First they ensure the construction work will stop in some time but it restarted again. And they mention it will go further we cannot stop and at the same time the booking is also opened. The hotel surve worst food quality and force to eat there horrible food and not allowed any outside food. I mentioned I will take my food and will leave premises hold my food in reception for 15 mint but they not even allowed the delivery boy to even leave the food at reception. Overall the hotel they build so that they can call there female friends and party. Overall this is not a place to stay. This place is Noisy and worst.

We only had morning tea and coffee and it was good but a bit expensive. Overall cleanliness and hygiene is good and AC was also properly functioning.

The hotel is not good compare to what they are charging. I have stay in hotel 5 days and each day heavy construction work is going on and which was difficult to tolerate. The hotel is next to highway and everytime traffic noise came inside the room. Day and Night I can clearly hear other guest conversation inside the room which mean they also listened all of my conversation. This is not the last, I also experienced few persons stays in hotel they drink, smoke and left in the morning. Those are not guest but some friends or someone internal. overall this place is not safe, noisy, costly and you will not get any cooperation from hotel. The only reason of staying in this hotel is may family member is admitted in MMI hospital which is very close to this hotel. I would say this hotel is the only option avilable.
