Room is just okay. Bathroom fittings are pretty old and seem unclean. It wasn't worth staying for 2.2k per day. There are better newer hotels around at same or lower prices.

Had a very pleasant stay with my family at this hotel. Location is very near to the temple with good car parking space. Rooms & washrooms were clean. So many eateries are available as you step out of the hotel and they serve food at room as well on demand. Staff was very nice & ambience was also good. Best thing is they have very spacious big rooms which can easily accomodate 4 people in one room as they provide 2 double beds in one room. Best for family stay.

Extremely worst hotel I have ever visited. I stayed in 211 room number. Paid 4200 for two days. AC is making more noise For two days they have just provided 1 litre or water and they said it is complementary. Other hotels they provide daily and do the room cleaning daily but this hotel does it only once. Complementary breakfast is not provided by default in Agoda. You need to pay 250 extra per head and items are not worth. Early check in option is not available even though the rooms are there. We have waited for 3 hours. They kept saying wait for 30 mins. Totally unprofessional and no service mindset. At the end it is even worse experienceI forgot a pair of dress in the cupboard and when i checked after reaching home it is not there, I clearly remember it is left there and i called the hotel to see if they can send it to me. They said nothing is found and lied to me. I do not recommend.this hotel and you can check other better hotels in shiridi.

Room is ok and very near to the temple, but the Washroom is very dirty. Taps are broken. Restaurant food is ok. Service needs to be improved it is very slow have to wait long for the food.

Hotel City Heart - I have to Thank Mr.Dheeraj for his help and assistance during my stay there. He helped us in cab arrangements and was always there for any help required. The coordination is really good. I got a call directly from Mr.Dheeraj for room confirmation. Hospitality is really good and rooms are clean. Situated next to Bus station and 10 minutes walk to Saibaba Mandir. More parking space and there is a pharmacy at the entrance and it can be used anytime. We have a restaurant at the hotel. Food is good but it can be better. I think renovation is in progress, but I didn't face any problems / difficulties because of that. Hopefully it will be completed soon. Good place to stay. I recommend this place for every one who wants to go to Shiridi.

Rooms are Neat and Clean. Hotel is Adjacent to Bus Stand and Temple. Good for Family Persons. They Charged 2500/- for Deluxe Room. Nice Place to Stay in Shiridi.

As the name says hotel is in heart of the city very next to bust stand and walkable distance to mandir.rooms are very clean and tidy.receiption manager is very helpful for us to getting the darshan ticket printout. I would recommend the hotel is must stay for our next trip.

Best hotel around Temple area. Views outside is not so great. But services and staff are extremely helpful and they help us many times. 5min walk from temple. Avoid restaurants inside hotel.
