We had 3 night stay includijh breakfast. Overall experience was very good except Room sizes are small. But rooms are wellequipped with room heater and all other facilities. Staff is very attentive.
We visited Kashmir on 8 th October 2023 most of our stay was planned in this hotel. Really a nice homely ambience, very warm gestures, they provided us with amazing coffee, and food choices. Felt like a second home. Especially the receptionist Mr Rouf was very kind , along with the people serving food , I'm sorry can't remember their names,two nice guys! And seriously, kudos ! You must visit their hotel ! They're fabulous!
Hotel is very cozy location. Not ideal for a holiday home. The staff is bit arrogant. Food have no option but only bread and butter boiled eggs and corn flakes in daily breakfast. Dinner is also limited. I would not prefer to stay again here. There is no play area for childrens. Rooms have sharp edges inside. Be careful if you have kids with you.
The hotel is very beautiful and the special thing is that all the staff here are very support team specially thanks to Umer,Aatiq,Raut and the food here is also very good. You were very good to me because I have two children and both of them lived on milk and the food here is very good. Hotel used to provide milk along with accommodation, did not charge even Rs 1 for it, Thanks to Shining Star Holidays
Located about 4 km from the Dal lake, it's a neat & clean hotel with a unique architecture. They have free bottled drinking water available 24 hours in their dispensers, which is a great thing. Food choices are limited though.
We stayed in this hotel on 18th and 19th September 2023.Our stay at hotel City Grace was an excellent experience. Very delicious food, Wifi, 24 hour hot water very good service and very well mannered and helpful staff. We enjoyed every bit of our stay in this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel if you happen to visit Srinagar.

If u will face any issue or medical condition they will not help u , they will let u die but will not do anything , my friends helped me to take to the hospital , hotel manager said they can't help. I was crying at the reception for more than 2 hours due to stomach pain , my friends reached out multiple times to the person sleeping in side the reception and he said he can't do any thing. Somehow my friend search the ambulance number then they took me to the hospital. All the fault belongs to the person who was sleeping in side the reception. The manager fought with our driver as well and said to him that it's not their responsibilty , it is company (chasing horizon) or driver responsibility.
