Hotel City Centre - Best Agartala Hotel - Hotel in Agartala - West Tripura, India

Though rooms are ok but room service is horrible. To serve a cup of tea they take almost an hour. By considering time to serve tea easily imaginable time taken to provide food. Food is not at par with respect to cost. Location of the hotel is only advantageous.

Worst service doesn't even deserve 1star, only the location is somewhat good otherwise its pathetic, rooms aren't clean, there are mosquitoes inside the room, no toilet paper inside washroom, power cut is a huge issue

Quite a good hotel with decent prices. Location is very good though it always has a bit of traffic.

Good stay..clean and big rooms..they do not allow unmarried couples.(most of the places in agartala). Check my vlog in YouTube channel - WITH THE DOC. For more details.. a good place for one day stay.. paid 1200Rs for A/C room for a day. the location is prime and all are within range

Service is the main theme of a business. Need much more focus on customers. Any one can earn money but wayout must be honest. Must fulfill the demand of beloved customers rather then earning money. Hospitality & well behavior can be the best gateway of business.

very bad experience. checked in at 5.15 pm. not found towel & toiletries. on demand it supplied but the soap is used one. At around 5.30 pm I left hotel for some official work & returns at around 8 pm & found no electricity. On asking they told me my room was at 1st floor(room no- 104) & ground+1st floor does not have generator backup. lot of customers like me waiting at reception while some hotel staff went for diesel to run the generator. After 15 mins diesel come but then got the information that generator room logged/submerged with water. Then they somehow change my room from 104 to 503(which in 5th floor & lift is not working). On entering 503 got electricity but it's found dirty, ac not working ( even after electricity comes), few power points not working, probably TV not working (even I'm not tried), intercom not working, tube light not working, no lights on room entrance, dustbin is full of disposable, food delivery delayed. Room no 503 is higher class room compared to my booked room 104 but housekeeping is horrible. Hotel staff are not helpful. Even I paid for the service which I not get specially sleeping without AC. Hotel authority does not pay extra charges on room up gradation but it's not the only solution. No manager/ higher authority available to whom raise the issues. Not recommended at all. It's my first & last stay at this hotel.

Hotel not stander for Business Class , higer rate food

Old fashioned Rooms having excessive Tariff, Old broken Air Coolers & Old TV's in every rooms except 2-3s only..!! In every room there must be a problem which usually guests complain daily..!! Now coming to Services, very bad service compared to other Hotels of Agartala..!! Mainly it's the Owner of the Hotel who is to be blamed for all this, as because he knows & recognizes only MONEY, a totally greedy fellow..!! Zero 0 Maintenance of hotel done by them because it will cost them. I have never seen such people who are that much Scrooge in character..!! Hence, I won't recommend this hotel to anyone for staying in Agartala, Tripura. Food, here is having ridiculously high price & the quality is worst, I know cz I worked there & I saw everything by my own eyes..!! Never go there for staying, if you want a joyfull experience in Agartala..!! Thank You.. Other wise any one can go check & experience it what I just said above then come & LIKE my review please. As it will help many others to get rid of many bad experience while having a stay in Agartala..!!
