Hotel City Centre - Hotel in Guwahati - Kamrup Metro, India

One of the worst experiences... Promised something before and provided something else...while confronted, they asked for an upgrade!! Except the room service boys, none seemed to communicate well and misbehaved too!! First and last visit!!

Budget friendly and fantastic hotel in guwahati city . The rooms were clean and the behaviour of the hotel staff were awesome. Had a nice experience

Rooms need renovation, main issue is way to this property is very congested, difficult to bring vehicles.

Do not stay at this place as they exploit you if you have arrived at odd hours, I arrived at 7 in the morning from dibrugarh, and was charged Rs 2000 for a standard non ac room, you also do not get breakfast. during check out also I wanted to like to pay through debit card, but they said only cash and also smilingly said atm is very near, I checked in the evening of 2 nd day. There is no bottled water only you get room at a high price, you have a hotel very opposite to it where the rate is rs 1756 with taxes for a standard ac room, breakfast is complementry. This hotel has spoiled the name of srs group.

Rooms are good. All rooms are equipped with air conditioner but you can opt out that and have the room with less fare. Employees are professional and courteous. But once I called the receptionist to reserve two rooms to which he agreed to have reserved the rooms for us. But upon going to the hotel, he declined that I have ever called and told me that the rooms are fully booked. Which was a bit disappointing for the fact that I along with my friends have been to the hotel several times before. So I suggest you pay when you reserve the rooms on call.

This is the largest mall of guwahati also the famous one with a Big shopping complex with all the famous brands. You can find famous brands like Shoppers stop that covers interior side of 3 floors of this mall. Food court is well managed and have capacity of more than 200 people ata time. Toilets are well maintained and clean.Prices are high because of the big brands. PVR is at the top floor and it is upto the mark. You can surely visit here. You all can also find big restaurants and Brewery like yoko sizzler's,Mamgoto,The Dhaba,Freemasons,Pirates of grill etc. Over all a great for hangout with family and friends

Rooms are neat and clean. Washroom is also very clean. Ambience is good. Room service is also prompt. But food quality is average. Overall experience is good

Lovely ambient ,family hotel,well accessibility to nearby market(central mall),well trained staff, quick room service in each floor, experienced chauffeur for car parking, clean rooms, food is affordable very great in taste(veg hotel),outside food allowed but i insist one to try on theirs menu you will love it.
