I was here on a business trip. The hotel is well maintained and safe for a female traveller. It's centrally located and cabs / riks are easily available. The food was ok and the staff was very helpful.
Rooms should be cleaned. House keeping people just pushing it below sofa or bed. Or may be they are not cleaning under sofa.
Half litre water and they are sending some local brand.
They do not have their own laundry, so you need to send it with yearly wake up.
We canot control ac temperature.
Breakfast menu can be improved.
Thali is good. Rest are not upto mark.

This place is fantastic! It exceeded all of my expectations and provided me with an amazing experience. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service was excellent. it's clear that a lot of care and attention went into it. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great time. Whether you're visiting with family or friends, this place has something for everyone. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed and look forward to visiting again in the future
The Rooms are really awesome.... but the service and location are not upto the mark ...
Worst place.they quote lesser price over the phone and once we reach the place they chnage their price and behaviour both.such an inconvenience to ladies in the last minute.beware of this fraudsters
This is a decent hotel with good ambience and nice food. Parking slots are limited, and available on first come first serve basis - meaning, the last one to check-in to the hotel will be woken up every time the other occupant would want to take their car out (I was woken up four times in the 8 hours of time we spent in the hotel). Food by Citrus is nice with limited breakfast spread. Rooms are clean and staff are decent.

I would certainly try to choose the same hotel during my next visit to the city, and try my best to reach as soon as possible to attain a parking slot.

The hotel is peacefully located. Avoid the rooms facing the road as you will hear some traffic sounds which may disturb you if you are a light sleeper. Rooms are pretty clean and well maintained. Took a suite room and it was good for the price paid.
