Nice hotel, facilities are also good
Don't spoil your vacation by staying here, receptionist was very rude,non cooperative. Booked this hotel from makemy trip during diwali vacation , 2 rooms for 1 day. There Geyser were not working after changing 3 rooms at the same day. When asked for it they haven't provided any proper solution by saying ,"why you need hot water". Even they haven't provided drinking water during stay, there is no intercom in room,you have to call receptionist from your mobile. Find some other options nearby,don't stay here. Hotel appliances are not in working conditions.
Bad service.. Pine ka pani bhi available nahi hai.. Room facilities not good.. Price is so high according to bad conditions of hotel..
Good hotel, good service. Sanitation of toilets/ bathroom is an issue..needs to be improved as they don't seem to use lyzol/harpic/or even phenyl. There aren't hooks inside the room for hanging cloths/pants.shirts. OYO must ensure that their brand of hotels meet these requirements. Both the above points have been communicated to the hotel manager & he has agreed to improve upon. Even normal hotels (lower range) put parers after sanitation of commodes. Yet the location of the hotel makes it worth staying. .. Close to Baapu bazar/ Meera restaurant (the best)
Service was really good, but the amenities and cleanliness are really bad. Need a lot of improvement. Food is much better than other hotels.the staff was very cordial and took care of us every way. Rooms can be renovated, smells too old and not spacious. Food was average. As of now it is going good, few improvement required like paint touch up on the walls and quality of towels can be improved..Rest team is excellent at Front Desk and the Spa is extremely good. Please try once during stay.
Pretty basic hotel with reasonable pricing. The area around is still developing in terms of infrastructure so it sometimes takes toll on the stay experience as well. The hotel provides facilities like TV, Wi-fi, Air-conditioner, 24hrs running hot water, etc. Polite and prompt service from staff...may need to ask for some expected things but quick response to requests. Value for money, maybe not for family vacations but best for friends day out in Udaipur
Wonderful overall experience. Stayed here for 4 days. Great rooms, great hospitality... Friendly attitude of Sanwal Singh won the heart of my family. He extended stay for few hours after checking out without taking any further charges. Highly recommended for guests with family.
This hotel is strictly a last ditch option even if you want to stay overnight on a budget.. No hot drinking water in room, AC doesn't work when you need it, Towels are dirty, IF provided Bathroom utensils are dirty Bathroom shower lets out a small stream of water and not a jet, TV doesn't work, Wifi sometimes goes kaput Staff is lazy Their cleaning staff however come on time each morning and their sleeping mattress was really comfortable for me. Im thankful I didn't try their room-service which I don't think would he much better.
