Customer support and service is very bad. Worst experience ever! I booked the room and go for check in at around 3 pm, where they told me that I have to pay the extra charges on confirmed pre-paid booking. After that they said, rooms are not available and I have to wait. I waited around one and half hour later got the room. Because of this I have to compromise on my schedule. Also there is water logging in the bathroom and flush is broken. Not at all recommended for family!
I stayed at the Hotel City Center for a conference and it was a great experience. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is also conveniently located near many restaurants and shopping centers. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area.

The online booking charges for this hotel are showing very less for booking but when we are doing booking online Hotel people directly refusing us to give room for online booking. They are directly taking extra amount on your online charges. They simply say this is not their issue it is from online company OYO issue they are only showing less to take maximum booking. They are charging 1500 to 2000 for room. When i told him to cancel booking from his end they are directly refusing for this. I think they are cheating with us playing with our feelings. Please think twice before booking this hotel.
Their Is Two Different Floor Available in hotel City Center one is cheap Rate around 1500 rs per room and 4th floor 2000 rs per room which is value for money, good rooms, good lobby, clean linen staff is also good over all great experience
