Hotel Citizen Executive is a prefect place to stay if we are in historic Aurangabad city. Reasonable Rate, Excellent room service. Train/Railway station, Bus Stand, Police Commissioner and Collector office and few Historical place like Bibi ka makbara, Panchaki built by King is very near by to this hotel
Please dont make any online or offline booking for this hotel this person is very very rude initially he will talk to you nicely then he will show his rudeness.he accepts only offline booking he asks people to pay on his google account the amount which includes GST, inorder to save gst amount which we pay online while making online booking. he even resorted to giving threats to me by saying-" this entire hotel is mine and either you cancel the online booking or i will cancel the booking from here i will not allow you in my hotel on the checkin date because you did online booking" he also used bad words while talking to me when I asked him why is it showing online then if you accept offline booking to which he replied -"kya kar lega phir online dikhaya to goli marega kya mujhe!!!".

I have been staying in the hotel for the last 2 months without having any hassle. The rooms are clean and well equipped for a single stay. The service and the ambiance are also quite good. The food quality and the quantity are also sufficient for any person, actually extra. Apart from this, this is a good place to stay as it is in the main city of Aurangabad and one can find anything that they want. I prefer hotel citizens because at the normal rate they provide AC rooms and wonderful services.
Very well located with all the service as customers like us needs. We booked the room on 31st December 2017 as we were having New Year party. Hotel is well maintained, and street sound is at a minimum, due to good sound proofing. The staff is very helpful & brand over backwards to ensure a comfortable stay. The roof top restaurant is wonderful to spend time, the service excellent. All in all we had a wonderful time in this oasis. We recommend hotel citizen to all if you are in Aurangabad.
This is a low budget hotel so you get what you pay. The rooms are old and were stinking of socks. The bathrooms are old. You can say from the tiles and fittings. The service was good though and the employees were polite. If you need a place to crash, then it's definitely worth it. They also have their own kitchen but I haven't tried their food. Overall I would give them a 3 star for my stay. I just needed a place to sleep.
I and my brother booked the room in this hotel on 17th August 2018. The Price is reasonable and value for money. As we checked in late and we have to leave again, they have prepared breakfast in 10 minutes. The breakfast was too good not like other hotels that they offer. We were late and find difficulty to book a cab so the owner Mr. Alnoor Bhimani arranged the Cab for us. We reached the Airport at the time (Airport is very near to the hotel). So I am very thankful to all Hotel citizen staff and owner for the kind services. Will come back again.
