Hotel Citadines - Hotel in Jalandhar - Jalandhar, India

...the room was stinking, so was washroom. Even there was no shower in the washroom. It's evidence can be seen in the pictures that I've uploaded. AC was doing the job of a fan and had no cooling effect. The refrigerator in the room was also not working at all. There was unprotected open gas hose in the room that can cause an accident to happen. It was a pathetic experience and I would strongly advise that no one should go for this. Though I had to spend only 5-6 hours there as I was on a business trip but they were really tough hours because of foul smell.

Nothing much to say , but a stress relieving stay, cooperation of the staff was outstanding , room was neat , amenities were more than expected , open terrace bar adds to the worth of your experience. Unforgettable pleasant moments spent in hotel. Special Thanks to Mr. Sameer at front desk , the most cooperative fellow i met in my life. Thank You Citadines. Thank You Goibibo.

Its a good stay over there. Its a old style of hotel. But its a very neat and clean hotel. They do not renovated the hotel and specially the bathroom and all are old style need some touch up shower was also very old style. Hotel need renovated. Location is good.

Spacious rooms ,Good location with good connectivity, Parking facility,lift and good infrastructure.Now negative washroom is smells bad , brought in notice of staff but no response,TV doesn't have all channels only basic package of Tata Sky.

Had a great experience staying in this property. Hospitality is just awesome .Food quality is also satisfactory . according to the room tarrif and the services offered by the hotel I will rate them 8 out of 10 ..

Need more focus on customer service. Overall it was fine. Rooms need proper lighting. TV was also not working.

The overall rating is not good or not bad. Hotel situated far away from bus stand, railway station & main market. The service quality by staff is not up to the mark.

Hotel rooms are good quite spacious but sadly not well managed..eveey thing is broken or something from bathroom tap to fan regulator. There was no toel in the room first day had to wait for half an hour or towel.
