Rooms are average. Very congested, and bathroom ends before it starts. Shower is almost above the toilet seat. Tap doesn't pour sufficient water. TV didn't work (had to get it recharged or something) for about 3-4 hours. Bedding was not hygenic (pillows especially) AC was good and cooled the room well. although room service was quick and responsive.
One of the best hotels I have stayed in recent memory. Excellent property located within a short driving distance from the airport. Staff are very attentive to detail and go out of the way to make your stay comfortable. The in-house restaurant has a wide variety of options for families with young children. Room service was great too. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ahmedabad
The rooms are small but fulfill the needs. A little costly but yes this is Ahmedabad. I guess this is the range and considering that, this place is worth it. Also better compared to Hotel RK Palace in terms of charges and cleanliness
This place has very poor and pathetic service. Even though, I called an an hour ago to keep the rooms clean before check in, the bed sheets and blankets were dirty and not washed.. (I checked in at 10 PM, so after a long tiring day,and paying for a full day rent, this was the condition). The towels are of a napkin size and when I asked for an additional towel due to its size, they are charging extra.... No proper hot water is provided. The washroom has a water leakage where there were small insects flying...
