Worst hotel in Ranchi. Small room & washroom, No ventilation. Mini fridge just for showoff, not in working condition, Power backup is not available even we faced power cut 10 times a day. Rude behaviour by the staff. They are just Mithaiwala, which is their actual business, they don't know even H of the hospitality. Photos on internet/Google are too old just to mislead the guest.

Worst experience ever. Ask for a thing 100 times then only you will be able to get something. Dirty looking bedsheets and room. Very bad smell in the washroom and room. Light goes off on its own and then takes a lot of time to come back. Nobody know what's going on around there. So if you wanna torture yourself, feel free to fo there.

One of worst service providing.. I have stayed there.. No water, most of time AC not work, only veg food, if you request water or any service from reception then they will not provide.. Just they ignore.. For water and shop i have called 4 time then they provided... One of worst service.. 101 room . Don't book there.. West of money.

Ghatiya staff, ghatiya khana, ghatiya management, the only good thing is tht its cheap..and it says a lot about the hotel . Elaborating my recent experience: Called the night before for booking, called on morning 2 times for confirmation..asked if i can pay in advance and they denied...and said the booking is confirmed..but when we went there..they provided no rooms and said they were full.., not only this..the a/c in only selective rooms work...at night it becomes creepy....bcz they turn off all the lights...I have never reviewed any property or business so bad...but this one is a big NO

The rooms are good. But the hotel need to work on customer service and amneties. AC was not working properly and we got delayed response from customer service for many things.

Rooms are dirty. You will find no room service and you have to adjust yourself because loadshedding so frequently happens there

Churuvilla service and people managing it is just below average. We booked for 2 days and first day we spent hopping new rooms that to after complaining about the room multiple times and waiting for their actions for 4hrs. Shower doesn't have the shower head. AC is just for the namesake, bedding is full of fresh food stains, no channels to watch and the remote was missing. While hopping rooms, we didn't even get the chance to sigh or show any weary feeling about it cause the person who was suppose to help us was more tired and annoyed. When I asked him to carry one of my bags just one time, he reacted like i have asked him his kidney. Don't waste your time here just because they are offering pocket friendly prices. Better to pay 100-200 more and better a way better but ordinary service
