1. I checked the room before booking and requested the staff for a better clean room since the toilet is dirty and he offer another one. Toilets in the room still need better maintenance and cleanliness. 2. Standard size room with furniture. 3. Quiet clean and has a coach as well. 4. Hot water available all the time. 5. Toiletries and water bottle provided. 6. Has restaurants next to the hotel or in the same row. 7. Location is very noisy because of Chatiram bus stand. 8. Staffs are polite. 9. The price is little high but they provide 24hrs check in/out. Please do some maintenance to ensure cleanliness.
The room is average for the price charged. The location is good. But need improvement in the room service & room space. Cons : 1. Very small bed that can accommodate only 2 adults with one child. If you have another child, then this is not suitable. 2. Heavy noise of vehicles from outside can be heard from room. Sometimes intolerable 3. No RO system in the hotel. You need to take care of drinking water if you feel thirsty at night. 4. Room service is poor. Room service is unavailable when I requested for tea/coffee in the morning.
Super rooms. Near to Chatram Bus stand. Rooms floors are granite. Unfortunately granite will be spoilt, if we use acid or chemical floor cleaner. Hence some black patches appeared. Reception is very kind and helpful.
Decent Hotel just next to Chatram busstand. Outside parking only max 3-4 cars can be parked. Rooms are neat and clean but bit costlier compared to other hotels. Reducing the rating only for very poor service. Lift was not working and AC remote were missing They have mentioned No smoking but drinking and smoking happening inside the rooms and hotel authorities are aware Price ranges between 1800 to 2800 for 3 sharing Non AC and AC accordingly in 2023.

Good hotel to stay near Chatiram bus stand Trichy. Rates are reasonable however hotel is located near main road one may face disturbance of vehicle load horns.
