First time visited Hotel Chitra executive. Overall very good experience in Hotel. It was even better than expected. Room size is reasonable, rooms are cozy with soothing interiors. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Prompt room service. Staff is wonderful and accommodating.specially Thank you to Ms.Shubhangi for guiding and giving good deal for the odd time check in.we would next time surely stay in Chitra Executive Hotel. This property best in solapur. They are rated 3 star but they do provide services like 5 star accomodation, staff is friendly and always ready to provide you full assistance. Rooms are neat and clean, enjoyed stay of 4 days in this hotel, every day they provided full house keeping services without asking. Management and Ismail sir provided us best assistance.
1. Small rooms for the tariff. More the size of Mumbai budget hotel rooms. 2. Good for individual business travel, rooms too small for couple/family 3. Good cleanliness 4. Adequate breakfast. 5. We had a complaint reg breakfast. NO SR PERSON AVAILABLE IN THE RESTAURANT EVEN AT 9AM TO TALK TO! No wonder quality is suffering 6. Checked-in late at night. Reception staff cold and clinical - no greetings, no welcoming, no welcome drink offered tho the jar was just next to the counter.

Initial booking was for 4 Nights later reduced to 2 nights which very unprofessional. Staff is very cooperative specially Night front officer Mr Aniket was very helpful . Property is new . Brkfast menu needs to change on daily basis . Can't eat idly and parathas every day . All the best
Rooms are good , still need some improvements. Need more cleanliness in rooms. Dispensers need to be replaced. Lights are very deem. Parking is limited. Need car if need to go to main area, in shops or for lunch/dinner etc Little bit over priced, even restaurant is also costly compared to location /area of hotel.
It was my third stay in this hotel, and as the hotel staff promised me at the time of check-in, it was truly an amazing stay, and the staff's behavior and service were excellent. Especially, I would like to mention two people who make everyone feel pleasing and comfortable: Mr. Ismail Tamboli and Raju. The reception staff is also good and polite.
