I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with all the amenities I could have asked for. The bed was incredibly comfortable and provided me with the best night's sleep I've had in a long time. The hotel also had a variety of amenities and services that truly made my stay feel luxurious.The restaurant served delicious food with impeccable service, and the rooftop bar provided stunning views and a great atmosphere. Perhaps the best part of my stay was the location. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, with easy access to all the best restaurants, shops, and attractions. I was able to explore the city easily and then return to the comfort of my room to relax and unwind. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay. The staff, amenities, location, and overall experience were absolutely top-notch, and I can't wait to visit again!

I had a great time here. Nice room for a good price and friendly helpful family who runs this business. When I went to a 1 week trip through Rajasthan they kept my luggage safe and even dropped me to the bus station on the bike. Also they serve nice foods in the restaurant. Totally recommended!

Good service and awesome location to stay. Rooms are good and cleaning is good.

The restaurant food in this hotel was very bad.Low qualified chef are preparing food. Yesterday i ordered veg rice and veg noodles and both were prepared with no proper ingredients and were so cold. I request to foreigner and tourist from other part of india not to chosen this chit chat palace.

The Owner of the hotel, his son and the cool are very nice people. Our stay was pleasant and if you stay here: you have to try the restaurant also! Good cheap foooood.

Room was full of mosquitoes. Dusty linen. No light in the bathroom. The worst part was the behaviour and attitude of the manager(masterji) who was reluctant to take steps.

No lockers in the dormitory as mentioned on the booking website so I had to take a private room much more expensive for my belongings to be safe... No hot shower as mentioned... No laundry as mentioned... and they charged me the triple price to bring my clothes to the laundry (340inr for one pant, 6 t-shirt and fews underwear... whereas they told me it would be around 5/10inr per piece) They lie on the website for people to come and they still money from them, this is how I feel

The hotel really needs to be cleaned. Everything was dirty, had to request all my sheets to be changed (as they hadn't been since previous guest and were covered in stains) toilet seat was covered in dirt, didn't even take a shower because of how dirty the bathroom was. Just checked out early and waiting till I get the next hotel. Also no windows, just a window to another internal part of the hotel, no natural light, very dark. I very rarely leave bad reviews and have no idea how this place has a good rating.
