The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation.

For Rs 2000, the quality of the room is very poor. Room ac is not working properly. The shower in the bathroom is not working and even after having such an expensive room, there was no hot water for bathing in the bathroom. Room cleaning is also not very good. They are charging 2000 rupees by giving facility equal to the room inside 1000 rupees.

Nice hotel premium location very near to bus stand.

This is one of the places to stay in Yavatmal. The level of customer service here cannot be seen in any other hotels nearby. The rooms are clean and tidy with sanitizers at the entrance of the hotel. So if you are a solo traveler or with family do stay at Hotel Chintamani Deluxe to experience the comfort and service. The location is in the heart of city with the market, buses, and restaurants nearby.Next time I visit the city no doubt I will be back here I loved traveling around the city and saw various places.

This review is a response to the owner's comment on the 1 star rating. I had ordered food and coffee. It was delayed and when it was served, it was extremely unhygienic. I was given a plastic bag that contained food. The plate was not washed properly and I could see the food residue of the person who had eaten in the plate. It was repulsive. The room I was given had a damaged wall that must have been caused due to water leakage. There was no ventilation in the room. I appreciate the owner's gesture of giving me a cheap room with discount. But hygiene and room ventilation are pre-requisites in any room that is given to the guests.

Horrible experience, Not to visit ever.this a very old non maintained hotel which has lots of disturbance. I have booked a non AC room as it is covid time so the rooms are really in bad shape, there is not temperature check on the door, no internal staff was wearing the mask. in the room the fan was very old it was making noises. there is moisture walls. LED lights fitted with cracks all around the surface. bedsheet towels are dirty. they provide only soap no body wash, no hand towel only Bath towel. No hangers in the cupboard.There is no geyser in the washroom, you need to ask for the hot water then they will bring you in a bucket.showers are not working.the hooks are damaged.overall it's a very bad experience I had a strict timeline else I would have shifted into some decent hotel. this is a very bad hotel quite old and not renovated in ages. please visit some new or better one. They even charge for water as they don't have normal water and they don't give any complimentry water bottle. I would say nobody should visit the hotel as they charge as a hotel and provide facility as lodge or of a dormetry.

In the current era of COVID-19, we got best services though there was restriction in the local city. The owner provided us the best quality food when all the hotels did not allowed us to dine in moreover he used personally call asked us to know that we are satisfied. The hotel staff also did there job in maintaining the hygine of the room by sanitizing the rooms everyday when we were on business
