Worst hotel. Never come to this place. Most rude and disrespectful staff. Just worried about advance payment and not about the services being offered.
Had a nice pleasant stay with family. I went for delux rooms and they are pretty big. The room service was prompt. Food served was good. Rooms were clean and regularly maintained. The staff was cooperative. The locality was good. Also hotel accomodated our late check-out. Overall a good pleasant stay.
Extremely clean rooms and bathrooms. There's 24h running hot and cold water. Very well maintained. Really humble staff, great room service. Stayed with family in a double bed AC room for 1500/night which is a reasonable price considering its location. It's situated just a few yards from the teen batti chowk, which is a major landmark of the town, about 1.5km from the heart of the town, Lakhota Lake. It's 3.5km from Jamnagar Railway station. There's free WiFi too.
Average hotel, but the owner is really helpful, We wanted to book rooms for our guests and they were arriving early in the morning, so the staff adjusted to take only one day fare as for early checking with early checkout, so basicllly they came around 6 in the morning and left by 12 o'clock. In Rare cases such hotels agree to the convineance otherwise we have to pay 1.5X rates.

Really enjoyed my stay with family at Chetana Hotel. Its very neat and clean. Services are excellent and quick. I stayed for two days in Suites, rooms very spacious, road touch. Location of the Hotel is also very perfect, with market, auto, restaurant easily accessible and reachable. Staff was very polite and helpful, courteous mannerisms. My special thanks to Pareshbhai Bhatt and Dhawalbhai for their cooperation and guidance. Also rates are very reasonable. Food available was of very good quality. I will try my level best to visit Hotel Chetana again.
Very good room and service
Enjoyed my stay, staff is polite, friendly and helpful. Servers good food. Enjoyed the shower, water has good force and hot water all day. I had traveled overnight sitting in the train, I was so fresh after the shower, I could go all day without rest. Center of the city, right choice for stay.
