I stayed at Hotel Chetna for a night at the recommendation of a colleague. The staff is courteous and rooms have a decent decor. The rates are pocket -friendly. It's location near the Roadways depot bus stand makes it popular among travelers. A five star rating could be earned by 1. adding ramp for wheelchair access 2. elevator (lift) facility for higher floors 3. improving hygiene and sanitatation in room lavatories and corridors/common areas.
