Hotel Chetan International - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

Price wise this is the good one in that location. But disappointed due to cockroaches in the room and hot water which will come around 7am. Should improve on hygienic conditions!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Chetan International, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with tastefully decorated rooms that are clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was exceptionally cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. One aspect that stood out to me was the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests, going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing recommendations for local attractions, or addressing any concerns, they were consistently professional and helpful.

The rooms were deluxe family room was big with 2 queen beds but you will see cockroaches all over the place. toilet was-not flush well. Staff were attentive to our needs and very prompt to room cleaning.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. I paid for a deluxe room, but they gave me a normal room with cockroaches everywhere. I asked them to change the room, but the second one was also infested with bugs. Finally, they moved me to a bigger room with sofas, but I still felt uncomfortable. I will never book in this hotel again. They need to clean up the whole place.

Rooms are clean but what I don't like it is the old smell is there and bathroom should be more clean, services are great, location is perfect, ac, parking, lift, hot water, safety everything is good. If u want anything they get it for u services is good, the old room smell and bathroom cleanliness only I didn't like it

Bedbugs issue, has changed 3 rooms and in all rooms bed bugs was their. In just 2 hrs i left the hotel and got check in another hotel. Worst place. In cleanliness its worst. Still furniture is same from last 12years.

Very Poor Facility and Room were not proper clean, In every tap we had too hot even in the toilet tap too. There were Cockroach in the room.

I had a wonderful time overall at Hotel Chetan International. It was the ideal place for my visit because of the superb service, cosy lodging, delicious cuisine, and convenient location. To anyone visiting the city who wants to have a special and delightful stay, I wholeheartedly suggest this hotel. Definitely, when I make my next trip back.
