Good hotel at economic rates
Decent place to stay, staffs were friendly and room prices are good. The facilities are enough for a good stay however food has to be bought from the market.
Pros 1. Room are cheap. 2. RO Drinking water available for free not like other hotels where you have to buy Rs20 bottle every time or drink dirty un purified water. 3. Staff behavior was good and supporting. 4. 24x7 water, electricity. Cons 1. Rooms are dirty, smelly, cockroaches everywhere. Bedsheets were not clean. 2. Poor ventilation. Felt like suffocation. 3. No mobile network inside room, no wifi. 4. Dirty washroom. Note: price per night is negotiable, do not pay more than 400-450 (non AC). You can get even cheaper deal if you are good at bargening. Clearly talk about the tax at the very beginning. Sometimes they will ask you extra 10% at the time of checking out. Most of the hotels in the area have same condition.
I booked this hotel Hotel Chetak Palace on 14th FEB 2015. location wise this hotel was not a good position. this hotel management also not good, that day I reached in new delhi air port around 5.00PM. after that as per my cab driver I called this hotel reception which is given Goibibo customer officer, however no one pick up the phone. The distance from airport to this hotel actually 30min max.. however I reached this hotel 1.30 min late. after reached this hotel I asked the hotel receptionist why they pick up my phone? they said actually they don't Know the phone was not working. They know that time when I tell them...apart from this issue I book this hotel 2 bed Delax room, however they dont have delax room. the bathroom is soo dirty. bed also so dirty. The contact person Mr Vikas Gupta is not their, which is given Goibibo side.. overall this hotel is not good. I request to all tourist (Please do not stay this hotel) Thanks & Regards Sujoy Acharya
it is very average hotel. very near to railway station. my train was in evening. so i thought to have rest for 3 to 4 hrs in this hotel.
