Room is spacious and bathroom too is good. Cleanliness is very good . One BIGGEST PROBLEM IS pest , lack of pet control is evident everywhere. Small and big cockroaches are in room, bathroom basement restaurant, in food, in toaster, etc. In short it is virtually everywhere. I seriously suggest this property to get PEST CONTROL done periodically from a reputed vendor otherwise the hotel will loose it's reputation. Cleanliness is good and food served in dinner was good. Breakfast is just so so. Some maintenance is also required inside the bathroom. Toiletries provided are basic, towel is decently clean. Overall it is average value for money accommodation. Note to property owner: please please take care of insects/cockroaches.
I've gone here to attend a function held in Conference Hall. The hall was seemed good. But the banquet hall is so small to accommodate even a small group of twenty people.
Poor customer service. They weren't ready to add breakfast to our booking. Cancellation charges were applicable because we had to cancel due to their service. Do not recommend.
The worst hotel room and conference hall I ever visited...Thier rooms are are cozy n super Stinky...and the hall is total disaster...The hall and rooms are not even old but ancient...Poor service...Poor food quality...Very poor room maintenance...The one n only positive thing about this hotel is,it's located very next to the South Asia's biggest bus terminal koyambedu...
2 star given only for the location as it is just next to the Omni bus stand, Chennai. Else nothing is good to write about. Service is worst. They told us to take our luggage ourselves, then after insisting they sent someone with the luggage. Food options are limited. Phone was not working. Though the room was spacious but certainly not worth the money
Very worst amenities... Room is full of filled with cockroaches.. so many flies are there..Its disturbing while eating.. no cleanliness at all... not recommended to peaceful stay.. food is worst like anything
