Surprisingly good hotel. It is close to the railway station and the rates were reasonable, so my expectation wasn't high. Hotel had a courteous reception desk, neat rooms, no glitches in ac / plumbing. Restaurant was good, had custom made dishes at very affordable prices.
Rooms were average, bathroom was average, food was ok. One of our rooms was not cleared fully before we got in. The only thing I will remember is the courteous behaviour of the chef and the person handling the restaurant. The hotel is located near the railway station, but narrow roads to get to it, and limited parking.
The food is amazingly top notch. It's a very good option to come and stay with friends & family.
The pace exceeded our expectations with regards to the room and the location. The room was really pretty and decent. Parking was ample. The location is right in the centre of Dindigul. Only negative is the food availability in the restaurant down. The watch man is rude. Don't trust him when he says don't use the lift and use the stairs. He literally told us no no when we were pressing the button and told us to take the stairs with our luggage in our hands. Haven't really understood why would he not want us to use a fully functional lift.
Nice looking rooms. It was very clean. They provide prompt instant service, if you need any assistance.
Nice location, area super locations. Hospitality, delicious food.
Impeccable service, and unforgettable experiences. This star hotel exceeded all expectations
Excellent place to stay where I have stayed on many occasions . Good service. Good people at reception and service side. Comfortable stay.

Food Quality is good, place is congested, owner is annoying all the time (I understand Owner's irksome is a result of delay in orders to the customers, but again displaying in front of customers is what the concern i wish to raise) Other than that, F
