Beautiful and neat rooms. The location and view was also very good.. they had lovely pets to play with. They took very good care of us by briefing with all the details of our trip.. the things required, the do's and don'ts during our journey further.. how to deal with height issues and many more such small things which we were not aware of.. Highly recommend to stay in this hotel.
This is one of the best hotel with beautiful location and clean cozy rooms to stay in Leh . As soon as we arrived we had a warm welcome with a detailed briefing about how to acclimatise in Leh .The head Angrupji and partnering their staff are extremely hospitable and cooperative . They serve delicious fresh meals . Also when my daughter Rutvi experience low O2 levels they all were on toes from midnight. Also they timely Kept a check and were extremely helpful in every possible way .From driving us to hospital to managing our meals , they have been more than family !!! I highly recommend to stay here !!!
I stayed for 4 nights, on and off, over a period of one week. I found the modern hotel rooms to be very comfortable with fabulous views of the snow capped mountains. The hotel has a beautifully maintained garden where you can just lounge, basking in the sharp sun, and enjoying the views. The entire staff was very friendly and service was great. The owner was always available at the hotel for any questions. The buffet breakfast and dinner has a really good spread of items, and the staff is always willing to accommodate any special dietary needs. The hotel itself is located on the outskirts of Leh and so its in very quiet and peaceful surroundings. I recommend staying at Hotel Charu Palace for a warm and comfortable stay.
The stay , the service , the food everything was just awesome. We stayed here for 3 nights in april and i am very happy that i chose this stay. The view and the place is serene. If someone wants a peaceful stay,its the best stay.

Amazing property. They have a beautiful garden which is maintained personally by the owner. They even had two cute cats who you could find snoring on the chairs basking in sun. The service is amazing. Staff is really courteous and well trained
Amazing place to stay. Brilliant views. Huge balconies. Good rooms. Very efficient, responsive and smiley staff. Always ready to help in a jiffy. Good food... A bit spicy which we south Indians loved. A bit more to handle for my Northie frens. Lovely pet friendly place.... Cats and Dogs around. Huge bonfire place.... Looking forward to be there again. A kind request to increase the dinner timings from the current limit to a bit extended as most of us get there in party mode. So early closing of restaurant can be relooked. May be increase restaurant staff. Overall lovely place. Keep it up. Kudos to the staff who make the overall stay such a warm experience.
I wanted to stay in Hotel Charu Palace since the hotel is my namesake. The place is excellent- beautiful views, lush gardens excellent food, hot water and wifi. The staff is polite, friendly and non intrusive. It felt like home. We were cared for very very warmly. Highly recommend it. I would definitely revisit the place if ever I go to Ladakh again. The stay in the hotel added to the over all experience.
