Worst, we tried it's restaurant which they said is open, we had to call for the waiters many times before finally giving up and going to the reception itself, there also they said wait and then got our orders wrong. They did fraud with us, just forced us out of the restaurant by saying kitchen is closed, getting our order food and not telling if it's available or not beforehand. Rude behaviour. Extremely worst and third class restaurant. They should be jailed. THEY DIDN'T GIVE THE BILL ALSO, JUST ABRUPTLY TOOK IT OUT OF MY HANDS. IT WAS LIKE MENTAL TERRORISM.
Cockroaches and bedbugs haunt, a very nice property. Few little changes can give better value for stay.
Rooms were against the expectations which I have seen 2 to 3 years ago.
This was my Third visit to the hotel, situated at the most convenient location near Jagdamba circle. There rooms are not maintained properly and there's no room for the driver person not even would they allow to stay at the parking area. Condition of the rooms are just not updated. Very inexperienced staff. They took nearly half n hour for making an invoice .. Please Improve
We recently visited this hotel in the evening with a group of friends. While food, service and drinks were on point as usual but unfortunately we saw rats running around the infinity pool dining area. Made us feel very concerned about the hygiene. The hotel should definitely look into this as dinning with rats was not something we ordered. Thank you.

Nice place to do functions. I booked this hall for celebrating my dad's 60th anniversary. It was very memorable. They have even rooms in case if you want them to organize accommodation for your guests. Food would be offered by them as per your menu choice. Food was really outstanding . The party hall was also given to me for a reasonable price.
