Pathetic experience staying here. I had a family function planned here. They were highly disorganised and laid back service. The worse part - the hotel rooms. Someone had pooped in the toilet when my guests checked in, the flush wasn't working and previously used undergarments were hanging inside.No towels and napkins were kept. The bottled water wasn't even sealed. Truly bad experience! Never ever recommending Hotel Chandralok to anyone again.
Every time I'm back to India, one trip here is guaranteed. The food has been consistently fabulous and the taste hasn't changed at all over the years. The hospitality is so warm and it feels like coming back home each time.
My experience with this hotel was good.It was worth the price for which i had booked. staff was very helpful and the amenities in the hotels were good expect there WIFI which was slow and they should provide tissue and packed mineral water bottle. Breakfast was awesome. Overall it was a nice stay.. It was very peaceful there and there was no disturbance at all.
I am from Italy and I would go back to India just to have another lunch at the Chandralok restaurant. The food is just amazing and unforgettable, the service was fantastic and all the staff was always available to help me. The location is great and the room was elegant and super clean. The best experience of my trip in India.
Rooms are clean, spacious enough for 2 ppl. Bathroom is small. Bed is clean. Dinner is good but sweet. Location is near to bus stand. Have a sports room to play sports like carrom. No swimming pool. Breakfast is spicy.
The suite is excellent The meals is unique. I already recommending it to my friends However the luft is too small Lift* The morning breakfast contains only a few items. You would have to arrange one more item like vada etc,
Hosted a meeting and a small event here. Good space for conference meetings and quite a central location. Food served was excellent and every single person enjoyed it. Would highly recommend.
Dined in for lunch. Good service. Good food for sure. Had choices between Gujarati style and normal cooked food. You can even taste both. Entry to the hotel is slightly congested so don't get confused. Once inside, the hotel staff will help park your car.
