We stayed here for 2 hours to freshen up and catch our bus. The location is perfect for people boarding their private buses. The rooms are decent enough for a short stay. They charged us around 600-700 for a double room for five members.

Staff behaviour is so rude and manner less . They will charge you extra money for small things like thugs. Very bad rooms no cleanliness no hot water cockroaches are everywhere ac not working properly and bedsheets were dirty they will not change it after your complaints. Very noisy place from morning 3:30 to night 12 bus horns keep on blowing out side the room you can't sleep for 3-4 hrs . Overall very very poor experience don't book this hotel save your money.

First of all sleeping bed is having very big bed bugs(khataml) in there room. Rooms are not at all clean they are having many insects in the room I was not able to sleep whole night due to bed bugs, no hot water in the washroom for bath I told them to change the blanket but they didn't changed it at all Although I told them to change my room but the other room was also having bed bugs please mind before staying over there

I stayed here for 8PM to 8PM (24 hours). In the first hour i realised that there are bed bugs(khttml) in my room, which was completely unexpected. As soon i informed about this, they shifted me to another room. I was so tired so i slept right away. In the morning, i realised that there are bugs in this room too. Pros- 1)the location is good, its in front of the bus stand and metro station. 2) price is competitive, i got the room at a better price then nearby hotels 3) wifi is good, if you want to work while you stay, there will be no issues. 4) service is good, they responded to my queries and demands quickly. Cons- 1)seeing bed bugs in the room was least expected. I was lucky that i got to sleep entire night without interruption otherwise it would be a big problem 2) lift does not work properly, this is not a big issue but if you get the room on 3rd floor as i got then it will be a hassle to go up and down again and again.

Any one can't book this hotel .this hotel manager is very cheap quality person and behave very rudely and bad behave female customer and every one can't book this hotel and rating very bad

Hated my stay!! Made my trip worst No facility, No service..... First they'll smile while booking after payment they will misbehave with you. Be cautious. Don't book this hotel ever.

Worst staff very arrogant they drink on the reception itself I was 15-20 mins late in checking out they took the whole day rent for just 15-20 mins. Room was very dirty there were insects inside the room. Not at all safe for girls.
