Hotel Chandra Palace - Hotel in Mysuru - Mysuru, India

Let me first tell you that, this is not a hotel, it's a guest house. The rooms are clean but not up to the mark, the furniture is very old and good for nothing. I stayed here for 2 days with my family since I did not have the time to look for another hotel, I had no other options but to stay in this hotel. mind it the reviews mentioned in Google are all fake. there are more good hotels on KT Street so please avoid this hotel if you are a family traveler

Good budget hotel well located to the main sights. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. WiFi worked well. Staff were friendly. Can't ask much more for the price. We would stay here again.

First of all the staff is kind .... we bumped into the hotel at 11.45 pm without prior booking they gave us 2 rooms . The helping staff was very helpfully and pleasant. We asked him for at this time and he was very happy make it from thier kitchen and served us.... This was hospitality part.... rooms are big enough for 3 members. Hot water was available. Lift are properly working. Bed comfort was on point but there was stains on bed sheets nd cover. Looks like comforter nd bed sheets are used too much since it's not torn or damaged They are still in use. If these small mistakes are covered they can give tight completions to 2star or 3 star properties. I checked in at 11.30pm nd checked out at 7 am I have no idea about hotel food. Still have gut feeling food should be good coz south Indian breakfast in mysore in any given restaurant will be good... only drawback or disappointment when we came to know they dont have thier own parking space. we managed parking opposite to a closed shop because came at night and left early morning.

Had a great time.. nice owners and thanks to Kumar the room boy who was very hospitable. Rooms are clean and quiet and in the city centre.. will surely book here again when we visit Mysore!!!

Stayed here for one night. Room was clean enough & matching the photos. AC was working fine. Staff was polite and also entertained an uncustomary request. overall we are satisfied with the stay. feedback - 1. WiFi signal strength was weak in the room. 2. Hot water was not available in evening. This is a must-have where tourists come back tired and would like a relaxing hot shower. 3. One of the caretakers was not polite. Also there was communication gap in hotel staff regarding stay extension which led to an unpleasant call with same caretaker.

I stayed here with my friend for a night. The staff is very polite. When we called them few days prior to the booking they gave us derailed information. Check in was very smooth. Rooms and bathroom are spacious. We found the rates very reasonable and the property is located close to the market and railway station. Will definitely recommend if you're looking for a budgeted stay in Mysore.

The staff members were excellent. Whenever we called the reception, someone was promptly available to answer our queries. They even delivered the food that was not listed on the menu. The location is conveniently close to Mysore Palace.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Hotel location also in prominent place. Walkable distance from palace and bus stand. Staff also very friendly especially room boy Mr. Kumar and manager Mr Mahadev has gave good hospitality. Overall very good service in affordable price.
