Hotel Chand Palace - Hotel in New Delhi - Central, India

Booked the hotel for myself for 3 days, but it's been very very bad experience staying there I stay there one night due to the bad service and bad behaviour of staff. Worst hotel ever I have stayed on such high price so in my opinion Please don't fall for this place.

Hotel Chand Palace exceeded my expectations. Charming atmosphere, attentive staff, and a central location made for a fantastic stay. Can't wait to come back!

Room was quite big because I booked family room however bed was not fully clean and room floor was a little bit sticky. Furniture was looking new and tv was working as well but walls looked restored. AC was working good but had no switch to on or off, remote of that was working. Bathroom had a beautiful faucet but shitpot and shower was 2star out of 5 for me. The overall experience was good because of manager and staff, they were super friendly and helpful. Big plus here is you can watch TV in waiting area here. If I would have asked, they would have changed my bedsheet which was not clean but I got to know about that just before leaving the hotel. So you can go here, check in, it there's a problem, they will change, and also arrange auto for you as well. Good people

Room services of Hotel Chand Palace was very, very bad. If you called for any service, the work was not done immediately, you had to call several times and the charges are so high, their service is also not that good.

Worst hotel in entire pahadganj area. Dirty room, unhygienic environment, rusted bathroom fittings, issues with air conditioners, rooms not as per images.

Okay for one night stop. Pros: Close to eateries, budget accommodation Cons: 1km far from metro, no running hot water, no carpet when you come out of bath which means bedsheet gets dirty.

Food is good but rooms are unhygienic and I saw a rat.
