I had a government exam near this vicinity so i booked this hotel. Rooms are clean and good. They will clean your room if you leave your keys at the reception. Room service is also very good. In my opinion, rooms are really value for money unless you are looking for a luxurious stay. Well behaved and friendly staff. Would love to stay again.

my experience was poor in this hotel. hotel staff not much understable may be reason behind communication gap but I told them please change our bed sheet and cover of matteres but every time they put off my request also receptionist was not understandable. apart from that I m not blaming hotel staff has rude behaviour but if they tried to understand then our experienced may be good. there are many reasons why I dislike room. 1- unhygienic room, bedsheet and other. 2- hotel receptionist very poor in cooperating. 3- they just provide room nothing else like breakfast, wifi etc i.e. lack of basic amenities.
The service is good. A lift is available. The room is big enough for four people but the bed can accommodate only three. But they accept the booking of 4 people in one room. What they will do is just give you a mattress on the floor. No extra bed. This was not so good. Location is very good though, especially for iisc Students. Both Yasvantpur Station and IISc are within walking distance. There are several food shops near the hostel. Overall a good experience. But a bit pricy compared to what they offer. The location is very good for family. Lift is available which is very good for old people. Many shops nearby. Staffs are good.
Rooms and bathrooms are unhygienic with a bad smell. Bedsheets and blankets are dirty as well. Also one of the receptionists behavior is very rude. Only positive sides are breakfast service and wifi.
