Century Hotel needs to focus more on cleaning. Rooms, bathrooms and linen are dirty. Someone with dust allergy can't afford to stay in this hotel. Food quality is also very much low according to price.
The hotel is pathetic and the staff is very rude.. please do not choose this hotel.. we have a breakfast included in the booking but the hotel refused to provide the breakfast as saying for third party booking they are not providing breakfast and again I'm saying it again the staff is very rude.

Not the great room and service, even the staff was little co-operative but totally dissatisfied by the rooms. There was an AC leakage also the taps had a water logging problem and the bathroom was dirty. The room had a bad odour I need to get that place air freshener which was provided by Hotel.
The room is not super clean. It is below average. I am practically sanitizing EVERYTHING I am about to touch. They don't provide sanitizers in the room and give very little when asked for it. The food is bad and they don't allow zomato or swiggy to deliver. The breakfast starts at 8.30 am. Since I haven't eaten breakfast here, I don't know how it tastes. But I tried the tea and butter toast. It was so bad that I don't want to Subject myself to more food from here.
located at prime spot, the hotel charges extra apart from what has been you have payed in Oyo Application which can be coined as cheating. They charge 1k more and whenever you come downstairs they ask you impatiently if we are checking out which is outrageous and gets annoying.
