To start with, the hotel was excellent in terms of everything including food, rooms, as well as staff service and behaviour. I, a student, was here to attend a workshop for a very important exam and I felt almost like I am at my own home. Though I am a Bengali, I didn't had any problem at all in adjusting with the food. There was AC in each and every room and it was in a very good condition. Bed sheets were changed as per need. A hospital is also at 1 metre gap from this hotel. The food quality was excellent and I would recommend each and everyone to stay at this hotel if they are on a vacation or their place of work is nearby. The experience in hotel Centrum was kind blowing. It was very comfortable, it's service was very prompt and swift. Rooms were very clean and their maintenance is very good. Food was very tasty here and healthy as well. Staffs were very good and cooperative In total my experience here was very nice and I will like to give them 5 stars.
I stay in this hotel for sometime. Rooms are neat and clean and staff is helpful. Deepak who assisted us at the first desk was polite and assisted well. Location of the hotel is very good. Near to Hospital, schools and coaching centers.
