Everything was amazing. We felt so comfortable and welcome from the moment we arrived. Staff were awesome, special mention to Arman in the restaurant and Ritika at reception for looking after us exceptionally well. Nothing was too much. Rooms were modern and spacious and the restaurant serves tasty food. Best place we've stayed in India. Highly recommend!

I would like to express our sincere appreciation for the quality of service that your hotel provides. We are pleased with the hotel accommodations, as they are generally clean, tastefully furnished and well maintained.we enjoyed the buffet breakfast nd other food very much. There is a wide variety to choose from and the quantity provided is always sufficient and timely replenished. Your chefs' culinary skills are appreciated. The dining area is specious well lit and hygienic. Most importantly, we are delighted by the readiness and the responsiveness of your staffs. They are always willing to accommodate whatever request we put forward. Such positive service attitude is highly commendable.

Centro is lovely and the staff welcoming. The room was a good size and spotless. There is a supply of tea and coffee in the common area. The breakfast offering is good.
The only downside is cleaning starts around 7:15am and I could hear them outside my room. Otherwise I recommend this place.
Overall hotel is good. Room is very excellent n clean n well maintained. Food is good. Staffs are excellent. I visited 2nd times.

1) Lift not working
2) The AC don't have a remote. Not convenient to get up from the bed and keep changing the settings
3) concept of keeping tea coffee on every floor lobby is very nice and innovative
4) Rooms are well done. Washrooms as well
Centro is at a very convenient location which is closer to many good restaurants and a shopping street. Locality is peaceful and not very noisy. The rooms are clean and tidy. The linen is clean and looks fresh. The bathrooms are clean.
Not a luxury hotel but you have everything for a *very* comfortable stay.
The design and decor and the choice of words on the walls, signs, menu etc shows attention to detail and creativity.
Not to forget, the restaurant 'Chirp' associated with the hotel is really really good and should be in your 'must try in Pune list' if you are visiting even if you are not staying at Centro. Although slightly on the pricey side, the menu is really good with wide variety of vegetarian and vegan options. The food is delicious too!

Just perfect. Stay extremely clean rooms very polite staff and really really good breakfast close to many attractions and walking distance to many restaurants. The free coffee and water on each floor was extremely helpful.

Attended a conference in Marriott. Staff were nice. Food was a different menu each day. Lebanese, Italian and Maharashtra cuisine were served. They nailed the Lebanese and Italian. Rooms were comfortable and spacious, tad expensive.
