First quality of service is very bad. If your banquet hall is book then it's hotel responsibility to take care of some small things. But this hotel and their doesn't care about service. His statement was very disturbing according to servqual. Please don't and visit to this hotel.

Very bad service quality in Purnea. The behavior of the staff and manager was not worth imagining. I saw that some people had come for dinner, only the table had to be cleaned, the manager said, wait! it will take 2 hours. Date:- 15/11/2023

Highly recommended hotel from my side. This is where you find both the quality and affordability and location is also a plus point. Though it's not at the forefront in the street but is little inside the main street but that adds to its peaceful and happy environmental position. It's affordable compared to the rest of the options available around and at the same time it's having good quality food, appreciable hospitality and hygiene and tasty food. Food was costly. Complimentary breakfast is a good treat for taste buds. The breakfast here is an advertisement measure for the canteen service of the hotel and they charge very high in the rest of their food services. But overall it's a good stay for us. We appreciated the hotel to all its facilities baring the costly lunch and dinner.

Location wise very good, breakfast was Ok, service was also good. Rooms are spacious, gallery design was very nice, location of AC in my room was away from the bed so it takes time for cooling.

One of the Best Hotels in Purnea , Bihar , Rooms are well Maintained , Restaurant & Food Quality Excellent. Breakfast is Complimentary . Also having free Dormitory service for Driver

The restaurant food is amazing, but it comes with very poor service. They take an hour to respond to your order. But food is great.

Good Accomodation arrangement to stay here. Mostly recommended for corporate clients stay here.Inhouse food facility and own restaurent available here. Proper space of own parking and pilot accomodation also available highly recomended.

Worst experience I ever had from any hotel in my life , staff and managers behaviour is worst .....Surjeet manager is very badly behaved
